Welcome to L.D.Cartinal interior, specializing in custom-made curtains and custom-made blinds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Delivery Time
Blinds: Delivery time for custom-made blinds is approximately 7 working days.
Fabrics: Shipping times for fabrics vary but most fabrics from our collections take 10 to 12 working days to arrive. This can vary depending on the
supplier, port of departure and other conditions.
We will not be held responsible for any delays due to port strikes or severe weather conditions.
Please note that bank holidays do not count in the period of delivery times.
2. Terms of Payment
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing the order.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of installation.
Card Payments: Card payments are only available in-store. If you wish to settle a remaining balance via card, please do so prior to our pre
scheduled appointment for installation.
Important notice: All Items remain the property of LD. Cartinal interior until full payment has been made to us.
Cheques: We only accept "cashier's cheques" or "bank drafts." These cheques are issued by a bank and have the amount and
recipient's name printed on them. Receipts will be made and sent once postdated cheques have cleared.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations are only possible prior to paying a deposit. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Returns and Refunds
Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving
your order to arrange a replacement.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to be present on the day and time of the installation or have somebody present who will represent them. This
person must be able to take decisions regarding the installation. This person present must also be an adult.
It is our responsibility to repair or cover for any damages caused by our installation team while they were there. In such cases, please contact us
within 24 hours and provide us with photos. Do not attempt to make any repairs without our written consent.
